Swiss SIG P-210-2 9mm and 22LR conversion unit

I have a Swiss SIG P-210-2 9mm and a factory 22LR conversion unit---wonderful, Old World pistol I've had for more than a couple of decades now... Also picked-up a factory 22LR kit for it, that is installed on the pistol far more than the 9mm top end... You almost never see these conversion units offered for sale any more, and I'm wondering what they sell for these days with three of the very rare factory 22LR magazines? Thanks in advance!
